"Dr" Choi is awful, don't care about the patient ( my husband ) and want to end the consultation as soon as possible. Very nonchalant, I don't recommend at all. And also the secretary is absolutely not professional and cut me every 2 words when I want to call her to explain the problem. She said that she doesn't have the time to talk to me because "other people are waiting" but I've waited 20 min to talk to someone just 5 mintes.
I've stayed very patient and polite but that's something you cannot do apparently.
If I have a problem, you should give me the time I need to speak, you were just so frustrated and you don't know how to manage conflict, that's something you have to learn since you're a secretary. Basic things looks very though for you 🥱
It's complicated enough to find good doctors, just don't waste your time and money there.

In het begin was dit een zeer goede praktijk.
Maar na 3 x een verkeerde diagnose te hebben gehad, waardoor ik zelfs 1 keer van die 3 in het ziekenhuis ben beland hoeft het voor mij niet meer.

I was pleased in the beginning, but a recent experience pushed me to believe this center could not be my default doctor anymore. First off, you are not in full control of who you will meet there if you have an emergency. I did not mind until I got a bad experience with one of the doctors of the center. I was wrongly diagnosed a sickness that I do not have, and got prescribed a medication that is not even meant to fight the sickness they thought I had. They made a mistake and I had to go to a private ear-doctor (70€) to realize that. When you are not sure about a diagnosis, you should invite your patient to go consult a specialist. But please do not make a random guess and furthermore, avoid assigning wrong medication.

Overgang van dokter met de verhuis en zeergoed aangekomen met onze nieuwe praktijk
