The best decision I ever made was Dr Pretell, along with his staff. Besides being a brilliant surgeon, he knows how to talk with his patients, explains everything clearly and precisely. You can tell he loves what he does yet I hope I never have to use him again ?

I left one star, because 0 is not an option. I have never been so disappointed in my life. I had a biopsy scheduled for this Friday. My deductible for my insurance has not yet been met so my co-pay is $3059. This is not the fault of the doctor and I have no problem paying. What I do have a problem with is being told that if I do not pay it in full, I will have no biopsy I am actually glad to know this upfront because I do not need someone taking care of a possible life or death situation for me, who has no compassion for the undue additional stress that this has placed me under. Shame on you.

My husband was a patient of Dr Pretell for a few years while battling multiple myeloma. He had several surgeries to to fractures and infections and Dr Pretell was always top notch. He's kind and compassionate and even called to follow up surgeries and care while we were in another state. I would highly recommend him.

My husband and I were very pleased with the staff and Dr. Pretell. Dr. Pretell took the time to explain and answer our questions the best he could with the information and test results that we had. He explained what needed to be done going forward.
