I can’t say enough good things about this dental office! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The entire team is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about making your visit as comfortable as possible.

I especially have to shout out Katrina, theShe is an absolute gem! Her kindness, patience, and attention to detail are unmatched. She took the time to explain every step of the process, which really helped ease my nerves. You can tell she truly loves what she does because her energy is so positive and uplifting.

This was only my first visit and I would say they just gained a patient for life.

PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THIS OFFICE for your dental care. Take a look at all the reviews by many different patients talking about the ways this practice forces patients into unnecessary expensive cleanings for routine care. These are all true as this Sage Dental office has highly unethical practices and I have experienced as well. I had 2 cleanings in 2024, the first one ate up over $700 off of my dental benefits, this was supposed to be a routine cleaning, and the iPad I signed before the treatment of the first cleaning had a total of around $250 for this cleaning I agreed to. When I saw the EOB was for over $700 I called and asked what happened and how the 2 numbers could be so far off. They told me that I “needed” an anti microbial treatment on many of my teeth, and that is why the cleaning was so much. I let them have that one, but the 2nd cleaning I had done last year, I specifically referenced the treatment code for that service, and verbally told them 3-4 times up front that I REFUSE TREATMENT for this service on this cleaning. The oriental dental hygienist that works there flat out lied to me, and I was STILL charged me for the SAME ANTI MICROBIAL TREATMENT that I verbally refused and said I didn’t want. This EOB was over $800+. I immediately attempted contacted their corporate office at: [email protected] , and spoke with someone named Robin and received zero resolution. I also called and ended up speaking to someone named Maria in the Altamonte office, explained everything in detail, and again, had zero resolution. Would you pay over $1,500 in routine cleanings, especially when you verbally said you DID NOT WANT a treatment that costs over $500+ each time (anti microbial) This practice engages in highly unethical billing practices and there are so many reviews on there stating examples of that. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on this company and encourage everyone else that has had a similar experience to do the same. Good luck.

My experience here wasn’t great. I knew it wouldn’t be the best considering it’s a commercial chain dental company - but it was bad. I have amazing dental health so I was hoping to just establish care at Sage for my cleanings every six months. First of all, for whatever reason I was unable to establish care & receive a cleaning in the same appointment. I went through the initial patient care establishment appointment and then book my cleaning appointment for a few weeks later. Mind you, I am having to take time off of work for all of this. When I get there for my cleaning appointment a few weeks later, they tell me they don’t have everything they need from my insurance and they can’t see me. Thankfully, I live nearby, however, I was very frustrated that nobody even bothered to call me or let me know so that I could just go to work on time that day. A few weeks pass and I finally get in for my cleaning, which wasn’t a standard cleaning by the way - it was a gingivitis cleaning which they claimed I needed. I have gone to the same dentist my ENTIRE life prior to visiting Sage and nobody has ever told me I had or they suspected I had gingivitis. Because this was a special type of cleaning and not a standard cleaning (they gave me no choice as to which service I could receive, I asked) they could only schedule it on a few particular days of the week because they needed a certain staff member to do it. It took about three weeks for me to get back in to finally get my teeth cleaned. By the time I get in for my cleaning, I have no idea what is being done to me. I’m trying to ask the tech lots of questions out of genuine curiosity and she’s rushing me through her answers as if I should understand. They did unnecessary additive steps that I did not want, which resulted in my teeth being extremely sensitive for about 2-3 weeks after the appointment. I was also forced to buy a medical grade mouthwash upon checkout, which I didn’t need. All of this obviously made this appointment much more expensive than it should have been. Overall, the experience was drawn out, unnecessary, and the staff was not very helpful or warm other than a few of the younger girls. Will definitely not be coming back and I would advise anyone seeking dental care to just go through a private practice.

DO NOT go to this office. Rude front desk. They do not verify your insurance beforehand and then lie that they did. Zero accountability for their actions. You end up wasting your time driving there and back. The dentist also charges $77 for x-rays if you are a new patient and will not let you proceed without paying. They will NOT accept your x-rays from a previous office. DO NOT RECOMMEND. If they were nice and apologized, I would have let this go. But everyone deserves to know.

Great first appointment and then a deep cleaning.
Just did a root canal with zero pain and unfortunately have 2 crowns to do next week but not nervous because this group is great!
Kind, attentive and courteous. Make you feel comfortable and relaxed.
