The staff member at the front desk was very pleasant to deal with and Heather made my 1st time experience at the office very pleasant and Carla the hygienist was so nice and information. Not but no least Doctor Greene was so sweet, and patient with explaining everything to me step by step. Overall by 1st time experience at their office today was so very pleasant. I look forward continuing to do business with this office.

Do Not go here. They start out real sweet but the minute you question them they dump you. Long story short they started work on me using my insurance after waiting on the chair for quite some time the surgeon came in and informed me that insurance was covering the work so he was going to go ahead and pull the 2 front teeth to prepare for the bridge. I was asking what I would do in the meantime since I would have 2 front teeth gone while waiting for this bridge. He told me it would be a temporary piece called a flipper and literally looks like a retainer someone would have with braces. Well months down the line and now I am told that insurance covered their flipper and not the permanent as they considered the flipper the permanent. I was told they only pay for 1 regardless of permanent or temporary. After this complaint and now desperation with missing teeth I decide to put the almost $2000 on my credit card. I show up for the appointment and waited in the front for my appointment. I was brought inside to the front office to be told they wouldn't see me anymore that they lost the confidence in Dr patient relationship.

This Sage Dental office in lake Mary is great. Everyone is so helpful and nice. You can see they love their job and love working here. So refreshing to see this as so many people in the world today are not happy in their workplace…. ♥️

10/10 recommend!! Everyone is the office is super nice and helpful! Became an established patient and within the week I had my cleaning and two root canals that were much needed!
Dr. Alvi, Dr. Mathew, and the amazing office manager are absolutely fantastic and only want the absolute best for you!
They are super patient, especially if you are anxious like I was!

Everyone with whom I dealt at Sage Dental was very polite and courteous.
Every facet of my dental inspection was fully explained, and all of my questions were fully answered to my satisfaction.
I was even able to schedule my next treatment visit before I left the office - EXCELLENT customer service!

The customer service here is terrible unless you’re in the office. I have been waiting on my antibiotics for almost a week and honestly Oviedo dentist is better at making sure their patients needs are met at a timely manner. I am having other symptoms because of my gum infection. I was given pain medication for an infection which makes no sense and then I still am awaiting on hold just because the dentist does not care enough so now they have lost a patient.

It was a great visit. I received good advice on improving dental hygiene, and recommended dental work that needed to be done. I scheduled a visit with the hygienist, and will soon get started with the rest of the recommendations. My only complaint is that there was not enough seating in the waiting area. I had to stand the majority of my wait time. I will return though.

I chipped my front teeth. Needed 2 crowns first pair had 1 big tooth on the left one small tooth on the right. I didn’t accept the teeth and asked them to remake the teeth even. Next set was opposite 1 big tooth on the right and 1 small tooth on the left. I asked again to please make the 2 front teeth even like my original teeth, fast forward after 3 months and several tries they couldn’t get it right and ultimately told me to go to a periodontist and spend 8,000 because they aren’t capable of making two teeth the same size. Don’t go here or any chain dentist they hire people fresh out of school. Go to someone who owns the practice and isn’t learning on the job!
