Ho tanto da dire primo; il trattamento di canale completo che non era completo per niente, sono stato costretto spendere più soldi per chiudere il foro dopo il trattamento di canale o scegliere una corona nuova ( non sono stato informato). Secondo sceglio la corona è dopo 2 mesi ti attesa per la corona, chiamo per avere informazioni e mi dicono che devo tornare perché laboratorio aveva bisogno di una scansione. (Mancanza di comunicazione tra loro stessi) poi chiamo prendere un appuntamento e dopo che ho presso mi chiamo lo stesso giorno del appuntamento per spostarlo perché le manca il personale. Sono già 3 mese, Speriamo di risolvere.

My first visit to Sage was a huge disappointment. Walking into the facility felt like walking into a factory. The staff wasn't friendly until it was time to gut the insurance company & patient with services that I've never needed with other dental offices. I went in for a routine cleaning, but was told that they would only do a deep cleaning. Whatever a deep cleaning is? Plus, it would not be done that day & it would have to be scheduled for a future date. The employee went on to push a credit plan to pay for the service. It was obvious that it's commission-based & they have to get as much as they can out of the insurance companies & unsuspecting patients. To the Sage employee that will be responding to this review, save your words & email address for feedback. I won't be recommending this dental company to anyone & you won't have to worry about seeing me again. Have a nice day.

The technician and we're extremely nice and understanding. They explained everything and make sure I understood before making any decisions and made me feel more at ease. They also answered all my questions without judgment.
So my (new) journey towards smiling again is off to a good start with them!
Only issue I had was with scheduling, the online scheduling and in person scheduling doesn't seem to match up, same with the different phone numbers. Communication with te office staff of different doctors/departments with patients could be better, seems like they all have different scheduling systems. But the office staff was flexible and understanding once everything was explained to them.

Excellent customer service from day one the front desk team are friendly and will call to remind you of your appointment with enough time in advance without being too persistent the day of the visit the team in precise with time on the appointment, the team take the time to explain the process before working with you and very detailed with job from A to Z; overall always a great experience 5 start service every visit .... thank you Sage Dental team Waterford Lakes !!

Had a bridge installed by another office not sage. That was covered in my insurance plan. A tooth that wasn't removed abscessed under the partial and the dentist said needed to be extracted buy a oral surgeon. Referred me to another out of plan dentist. $1,000! Went back complained they said sage had a oral surgeon. Went to him to find out what they wanted to do was not possible. He offered to come up with a plan working with that office and his to help my situation. Very impressed by sage dental oral surgeon! The whole office staff!

Absolutely love the care and compassion I received from Dr.S,Pantzoulas during my recent visit. He treats his patients with kindness and caring. He knew I was extremely nervous about my visit and he took time to calm my nerves and assure me he was going to provide the best treatment possible and trust me…HE DID! I was so relaxed I almost went to sleep!Thank you to his assistant who was most kind as well! I highly recommend him and his staff. I had visited many dentist to have my teeth moved and he was the ONLY one that showed me he truly cared about my treatment and concerns! THANK YOU DR. Pantzoulas… now I can heal and get back to living my life with a smile! ❤️

My name is Kimberly Lipski I had my initial visit today at that visit I wanted also a cleaning but they informed me they don't do that. At my appointment I saw the dental hygienist who indicated that I needed a deep root cleaning. I wanted as a patient to have a cleaning and scheduled the deep root cleaning but the office refused. I made the appointment to come back only to find out after I signed up for there discount plan that what they offered is not what they give you your supposed to get a sonic toothbrush and a whitening kit not true they do not offer both you have to pick as I was told at the front desk and if just if a patient wants to have a cleaning and schedule the service they suggest you as a patient can not request it or have it done. Policy or perception of policy which they give you information for is NOT what they give you. I am new here came on a suggestion and as a medical professional this is not true or just it's a fallacy. I have been a patient of Aspen Dental for the past year and have had a low quality experience and rather feel that I have been treated like cattle. That being said, the quality of care does match the cost.

- During the consultation, the patient is provided a list of services with associated cost that go beyond what it covered by most dental insurance plans without any explanation of the reason or need
- When the patient has questions regarding the list of services the dentist is unavailable to answer and neither the hygienists nor the receptionist are able to intelligently answer or provide assistance
- Aspen Dental requires confirmation at least two weeks prior to an appointment, which was provided. Aspen Dental cancelled the day prior to my appointment with no explanation and has internal policies in place that make it impossible for me to reschedule with the next month.
